“I brand my work, not myself.”
The pieces I create have goals. They are based on concepts and messages to communicate.
As a human being, I can’t limit myself to a tag. I am a musician, a composer, a songwriter, a producer, and the list goes on and on. I’m even an artist, a teacher, a designer, and so much more, too. I am everything and nothing at the same time.
Of course some labels summarize it better than others but I don’t have to limit myself to a label. I enjoy exploring and expanding my skills. I want to allow myself to grow. I need to free myself as much as possible. That’s how I stay creative and alive.
The pieces I create are clearly labelled and express precise emotions. They can be analysed, categorised, and that’s more than fine. It is one way to reach and connect with others. On the contrary, I cannot put myself in a single drawer. This would be suffocating, limiting, and would slowly kill me.
